All orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been submitted.
- Our products are shipped worldwide via UPS, FedEx. Your order arrives in 2-9 business days depending on the distance of the product sent to. For the USA 2-5 business days.
- There is no delivery to mailboxes. Please enter your address information.
We ask for your understanding of possible delays due to postal service problems beyond our control that may occur due to the pandemic.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that occur when a shipment arrives in your destination country. These fees are your responsibility as the customer.
- How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please wait 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
